What is a Revision?

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to something that was already included in the original approved scope or design.

Examples:

Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions. A revision round means the client reviews the submitted work and provides a consolidated list of requested changes — individual requests are not treated as unlimited separate revision rounds.

What is NOT a Revision?

A request that changes the original requirements, adds new functionality, or requires substantial redevelopment is considered Rework / Change of Scope.

Example: original 5-page company website. Client later requests "Can we add another 10 product pages?" — that's additional scope, not a revision.

Example: original basic contact form. Client later requests "Can we connect this to our CRM and automatically categorize leads?" — that's additional development, not a revision.

Example: original basic calculator. Client later requests "Can we add a database, login system, quotation generator and PDF generation?" — that's rework / additional scope.

Revision Process

STEP 1 — Initial Design: GoDev.AI develops the initial design according to the approved requirements.

STEP 2 — Client Review: client reviews the submitted design/development.

STEP 3 — Revision Round 1: client submits one consolidated list of revisions; GoDev.AI implements the agreed revisions.

STEP 4 — Client Review: client reviews the revised version.

STEP 5 — Revision Round 2: client submits the second consolidated list of revisions; GoDev.AI implements the agreed revisions.

STEP 6 — Final Approval: client approves the website/system.

STEP 7 — Deployment: website/system is launched.

Once the 2 included revision rounds have been completed, additional revisions may be charged separately.

Development Fee ≠ AI/Software Subscription

The package price covers GoDev.AI's development and implementation services within the agreed scope. However, some projects require third-party software, platforms, APIs, subscriptions, hosting, or AI services. These costs are not included unless specifically stated in the proposal.

Domain

Domain registration is NOT included in the package price. The domain price will depend on:

The client may provide an existing domain, or GoDev.AI may assist with domain registration and configuration.

Hosting

Website hosting is not included unless specifically stated in the proposal. Hosting requirements and costs will depend on the website/application architecture and expected traffic.

For AI applications, hosting costs can be significantly different from a normal company website.

Fixed Packages (GO STARTER, GO BUSINESS, GO AI)

50% — Project Start: upon confirmation and payment of initial deposit.

50% — Finalization & Deployment: upon final approval and before production deployment.
